    af day Thursday 21 March

    hidy ho Aberooooos!

BHOG, now I recall who you are. so nice to see an ol friend. will try to get on chat when i can.

Lav, so glad your little guy is showing positive signs.

Kuya, good job on the gym! i was showing Dx how to do squat on Tue and hurt my knee. d-oh! comic irony at it's finest.

LTLW, kudos on your AF time. ditto what Scottish Lass is doing with the protein bars in the car. often times a hunger pang is mistaken by our brains as a 'I need a drink' alert.

Freethinker, welcome and I love the username. you CAN do this. it's the most difficult, yet most wonderful thing you will every do.

well, lunch included criminally insane amounts of garlic in the guacamole. yummo!

Scottish Lass, what kind of diet you going on? most calorie restriction plans don't work out well and are really unpleasant. always up for a PM if you want to do a nutrition 'geek out'

it's so nice to be feeling great, sleeping great and getting along famously with my dear wife. yay!

    be well everyone!

Lovely to see your bubbly self Det.
PW - well done on the bike - I can only manage about 5 minutes before I get bored with it. Which reminds me must dust off the real bike now we're getting cooler weather!

:hiya: to everyone else - hopefully have time to catch up properly next week

        af day Thursday 21 March

        MAE, everyone.

        Late check in.

Lav, I missed the drama with your grandson. I'm so glad he's okay! Thank God you are around! I often think how lucky your kids are.

I'm hanging on, pretty tough week with work. We finally landed a very risk 2013 budget. Our company will go out of business if we don't raise money in July and again in January. As the CFO, that sets me up for another tough year. But I did win a very costly battle for another staff member this week. My work load and existing staff should improve greatly soon.

I'm definitely still adjusting to life without an SSRI in my system. I'm taking Amoryn instead. It's pretty rocky. I'm also still exhausted all the time. I saw a specialist, and am going in for an all night sleep study tomorrow. I'm excited to get some answers and hopefully relief.

Mick, I love those bunnies. To be honest, I don't love my dog. My son loves my dog. It makes it all the harder to deal with her battles over peeing on my rugs. She is very luck to have my son to run interference.

Bright part of my day - my hot tub is finally fixed. I'm looking forward to soaking after work to melt all those job worries away.

Talk with you guys more this weekend. I should have some funny tales to share about sleeping with wires all over my body (or not sleeping, as I fear).

Really late night for me CB but checked in before lights out.

I'd really like to hear more about your experience with Amoryn.

Never been on an SSRI and think it would work well for me.

I hear you about the job stress and am very grateful I'm not a CFO :H
