Rivergirl, I just wanted to say how incredibly impressed I am you did not drink. That is such commitment. Good on ya!!!!

I think said girlfriend has a lot of maturing to do. I am sorry she was such a downer.

Lisa and Lush, Thanks so much. I did take that bath last night and went to bed early - listened to clearing and hypno all night (my security blanket). I am feeling better today and gosh - now that I am home I am so happy I did not drink, gosh then I really would have felt awful! Your support is so encouraging.

I, too have learned more about myself - that I am (can be) impatient and perhaps intolerant - I am that way with myself and perhaps I need to learn how to be more patient and tolerant with myself as well as with others. I am planning to go to the hypnotic CDs site and see if there are some Cds that might help with those issues- I guess it couldn't hurt.

Gosh - you know all the flights had free drinks, too -
