I'm at work. Went to the gym this morning....arms, back, chest, and abs...I'm really trying to get into sleveless shape for the summer. Haven't gone sleveless in about 8 years!

Arial, congrats on your 30 days. I think you and started our AF journey on the same day, which means I should be celebrating except I have had two days of (proper, real, no cheat) mods. actually, that is good, right?

So, I am on 31 days then. Oh. cool.
