my week

it has been a very good week for me this week, been on holiday from work a bit scared to start of with as i was not sure how i could stop myself from drinking but it has been reasonably easy ,have spent most of the days with my mum,sister and 3 month old niece and the nights have been so good .went to see my alcohol councillor on monday afternoon and told him how many af days i have had and was told by him that he had,nt had that many i think i have had 2 weeks straight and 34 out of 38 since i have started counting so he is extremely pleased with me and i feel pretty proud of myself too .going to sign of now but i hope every one has an enjoyable and productive weekend and speak to you all soon
