I'm definitely going to buy supplements - never done it before for alcohol/smoking - we can't buy GABA in UK but can get in prescription. I think I am going to go with patrick holford - omega oils, 5HTP, tyrosine, l glut, b vits and multi vitamins.
I'm also cutting down on caffeinated coffee - down to 2 a day atm. Otherwise had a good night's sleep and managed to take make up off and clean teeth before bed.Knee still injured so no gym for me.
