Heya folks- just checking in. Managed another day AF.
Saw another house today, gonna let it rest now for a bit I think.

When I thought about wine today I focused on seeing myself nice & calm. Repeating calm, calm... Seems it worked!

        hidy ho cats and kitties!

Scottish Lass, the best B vit's you can get are from a naturally made liver pate'. find one you like and eat 4-5 oz per day and you will feel super! most pill forms of B vit's are a waste of money due to poor bioavailability.

ok, off to watch the UFC (it's inspiring to see uber-fit athletes in action)

        ciao loves

I have often wondered at this Det......since I seem to pee most of it out, but I feel better when I take the supplement and a large dose must be better than nothing.

'Natural liver p?t? ' not sure when would be sure, wouldn't just eating liver do better???

          Luckily I like liver

Spooky, spooky - but I was just thinking of liver/organ meat last night and was going to ask you, Kuya and Det, about this. I read that organ meat is the best source of BVits but I can't stand it (though I could take pate); I saw some organ capsules online but thought - not more supplements!! I think I'll get into the pate now. I assume you mean no additives, preservatives, sugar, etc Det? No a chance in Hell of making my own, I tried to make liver treats for my dogs once and felt sick for days afterwards with the smell :H

I'm another who got bloods but they haven't contacted me with results (almost a month ago now, so I guess I'm fine)

Off for more tea to heat up and see what's happening in mwoland

                Quick check in....

We decided to clean the house out (yes we just freaking moved) and I found under my kitchen cabinet....booze. I never drank the hard stuff....so somehow my hubby had a bit of it....and brought it with him. I wasn't tempted...more irritated that it was taking up space. There was still dust on the bottles. So I asked him if he planned to drink it....he said no, but would like to have it for guests.

If anyone ever wanted a drink in our house.....how cool are we going to look pulling the bottle out with an inch of dust on it. We cracked up and said it would probably send a great message....but, decided to ditch it.

Got my massage table Friday. But I am all about the house being picked up and clean.....and then my victims will follow

Blondie, good to see you again!

Sun, glad you did the right thing with the 'surprise bottle'. AL is always lurking somewhere when we least expect it.

Kuya, heck yes... if you like liver then get a good quality cut from a butcher you trust (local, sustainable grass-fed is ideal). and don't overcook it... that's best.

Blondie yes, an all natural 'artisinal old-country' type of pate' is awesome and the most nutrient-dense food you can find.

                  off to enjoy SNL
