Not speaking of the American thing but its Mick's year anniversary. He has been AF for a whole year and that is an inspiration, a wonderful achievement, a colossus, a tornado of jokes, a constantly rejuvenated English garden, lots of Jockese, dispersions about the 'Down Under Folk (self included), tears, sweeties, Julie's shopping trips, high level planning sessions on what to pack for Spain, strange renovations as of late AND
so much support for the rest of us boozers (or ex-b), kindness, humility, words of wisdom, pearls in fact, constancy, determination and a truckload of all the bloody great stuff that comes from one wee Scots guy kicking the booze a whole year ago.

mae everyone...happy 4th July...cant stop on too long...Iam on a Sunday troip on a Thursday!!so just thought I would jump in and wish you all the best ,and thank you for your kind words I usually address each post individually,but please accept my apologies for not doing so today..
All I will say is ...to all those that think they cant ...stick with it ..you can..it is tough at times but to get here is worth it..you just provide the guts..we can do the rest ,support plans strategies,help...just have the drive and focus to say no.
To those already there ..thank you for all your help,and continued success to you all..
