I feel really fit and healthy today.

Friday the thirteenth....

Morning all ... or almost afternoon. I missed getting my bloodwork done again today (only open till noon) - but I am still needing my sleep. Hopefully, I will conquer this by Monday and be able to go in after work.

Congrats Popeye - Day 13 is awesome. You are in the double digits now! Lots of walking must have done you a wonderful thing - I imagine it must be lovely there. I am sore from lifting weights yesterday (just my arms though) - still I guess that is progress.

Glad that everyone souns so chipper! It is sunny here today and I know a cup of coffee and some Claritin-D are going to change my life LOL. Wishing all a wonderful AF weekend. Today is Day 34 for me (with one slip, but I did not start counting over). So, I am feeling pretty good, except for this stupid sinus/head cold. Well, I am off to get caffeine!

Thanks Popeye! I just had a vacation, so of course I was sick through most of it. I am well on the mend ... and I was right ... it is awfully sunny today. Spring IS coming!

Hi guys

Well i have to say a bit of a strange day for me today...the eve of my 30th birthday, went out for a lovely meal with my mom an her family...also visited my dad earlier in the day ...couldnt have asked for more, if i didnt realise before that i have so many people who love and care about me...well i definitley do now!!
S'pose im feeling kind of humbled now as well as very loved.....still gotta find a way to beat myself up tho.....cant help thinkin i dont deserve all this love...Grrrr....i guess old habits die hard.
I am one hell of a lucky girl to be where i am having been through what i have...an my birthday promise to myself is to accept that and to do everything in my power to continue to move onwards and upwards!!!
