How are we all today ? I hope people are surviving the extremes of weather that are gripping you in many places. I am afraid where I am it is beautifully sunny and 25 degrees Celsius. Except I am inside a building at the moment. Spent last night in my hotel and although the room was lovely I found it hard to get to sleep. Blame it on the mattress!

I can't check back on people's doings as I write this (due to the way my iPad works) so forgive me on that. Glad that pauly is breathing again. Also good to hear that Bear you are back on the wagon. Hope Det is OK.

Have a great night everyone. I did not drink at my hubby's birthday, it was fairly easy not to. The head waiter borough us shooters when we sat down and I just gave mine to my husband.

AF Friday 22 November

Hey all - woke up at 6am today, so I've made the most of it got up, paid car tax,worked out budget and treated myself to some new clothes online,withing budget even allowing for Christmas.

Had lovely evening with team yesterday, I also got lovely new skating leggings made by clever team mate and festive fleece and santa hat for my Christmas 5k. I really enjoyed my run/walk yesterday and am doing same today but minus weight circuit.After seeing everyone really looking forward to getting back to rollerderby training.

More washing today, online food shop delivery on its way,sewing buttons back on my big winter coat and packing away some of summer clothes ready for the loft after holiday.

Day 3 with no booze and fags and feeling good, I'm a bit tired after my early start but there's plenty of time for a little snooze later before my big journey up North later. Hoping my friend is more pleasant than the last few times we've met up otherwise I may just turn round and come back home, I could drive to my parents' house and stay there instead as it's an hour away.

morning all..tis famous Friday aka known as poets day today...so how are we?ok I hope..did you know its only 34 days till a big fat guy in a red suit climbs down the chimley?there you are bet thats impressed you all.

Tea and coffee on the go ..oh one thing I did find out when I went up to Amys flat ..she is a tea fanatic!!All different kinds of tea there...Yorkshire ,Lancashire ,Earl Grey,Jubilee,Irish breakfast tea..(that will be a glass of Whiskey with a tea leaf in it!!)right thats enough talkin guff ..on wi the show....

Hiya tt how are you today? was going to say sleepin in a strange bed ...but that doesnt sound quite right!!!Moved our bedrooms yesterday ..it has a cracking view over the fields,but it means I am sleeping on the other side ...was hard to get used to that!!!not quite sure yet..strange madam didnt want to move ..I did ..now that its done she thinks its ace and I aint so sure !!Have you any plans for the weekend ?

Morning bear ...how are you today?ok I hope ..is that thec couch to 5k programme you are doing ? sounds something similar ..there are some good apps you can get through the google store that are free..one of the ones I have is the 10k one ..also another one called map my run..and there is map my walk too.Also use my fitness pal..just be careful with core exercisses ...first time I did core stomach ..I thought ha this is easy so kept going ...next day was doubled up in agony!!

How do all
took my daughter to the house of pain today to have her wisdom teeth extracted. We're back and she sleeping. Hope to go to a cattle sale tomorrow, but have to see how she's doing. A balmy 60 degrees out but suppose to be in the teens Sunday night. Crazy fluctuation.
Perhaps watch the Wizard of Oz tonight?? pretty exciting, eh?

Sam the wizard of oz rules! im always facsinated at how its so old but was filmed so amazingly,so anyways i went to the doc for a bump on my rear(too put it nicer than i did on the steppers thread)anywaysthey put me on 2 antibiotics for 10 days,im tired of antibiotics but hopefull they help jee whiz i just want to be done with the doctor,they think its a staph infection(gross)have fun with your fre time ppq lucky

late greetings ABeroooos! a tired and still sick garlic-breath here. just back from setting up the trade show for tomorrow morn. got to be up at 6am on Sat WTF? oh well.... no rest for the weary. I plan to lay low Monday/Tues and just rest.
