Nothing special on the plan book for today - will see what develops!
Maybe a little holiday decorating, maybe some cookie baking...who knows?

Well, off to the inlaws and I have my Perrier. I had fleeting thoughts of drinking wine, I guess I am having a bit of a craving even as I type But I know I am not going to drink.
Weird, I think so much of my drinking is just out of habit and I guess it makes it easier to spend time with my sister in law....
but then I get DRUNK. So just Perrier tonight and I will see you at 40 G.!

Patrice....I never caught if your holiday party happened or not. Mick seems to think all women have full closets. The only formal thing in mine is my wedding dress from 17 years ago! I would trade wearing something formal for tropical. I hate having to buy something for only two events.

Had a fun day today. Went down to the Hall of Fame to see Santa. We always get a nice family photo with the big guy. Such a sunny and gorgeous day here we walked to a local place to get cheap eats. Then headed to the main drag where it was flooded with tourists....to stop into a honky tonk to see a friend play. I have pretty much avoided the honky tonk scene.....turns out you can go there, dance and have a good time....without booze

Narilly, all of those relatives of mine that 'required' drinking to be able to tolerate them for an hour or two are gone now - so I had no excuse to continue poisoning myself
The absolute worst was my mother-in-law, she was a pain in the ass :H :H

Hi SF - honky tonk sounds like some places around here but I'm sure the music you heard was much, much better
