Lav- I am glad that Yah is doing well and Happy birthday to her. Hope you get to Longwood tomorrow. I wonder what sort of blooms are out there at this time of the year. I guess it doesn’t matter too much with the glass-houses.
Today our office was filled with the beautiful scent of sweet-peas.
Sam –well at least your dear lady has you to help with the car buying. My partner goes into denial at such times and its left to me. I hate hate hate it especially as some dealers still talk down to women buyers. And itcan be even more sexist when it comes to trying to do a private deal. Fortunately the last time I did this – I found a great dealer. Good luck and commiserations.
Det – I love garlic and use it a lot but I don’t enjoy being confined to small spaces when the other person has consumed large quantities of (possibly raw) garlic. This happened recently and I felt ill. I am sure you know how to sweeten your breath!
How’s the hibernation PPQP?
Patrice – I am sure your Mum only wants to spoil you but she will also want to protect you, her baby and your health. I bet if you were honest she would understand and either she could share the wine with someone else, or you two give it away. It will be emotional when you talk and although you might be thinking of just a few glasses – it won’t help you. You have to look to the future and you are a mother too – so IMO- just tell her what’s going on.
Bear –hope the day today is not too stressful. You are doing really well in catching up on your sober days.
You too Narilly – keep up the sober challenge.
Hope all is well Sun – are you having some medical checks this week? Thoughts are with you.
Pauly – you too, are you still feeling blah? The quitting AL must be having its effect. I know you have done this a few times – but as you know its going to be a bit rough to get through the next few months. But woohoo lady –you can!
Mick – if you are peeking in – have a great time. See us ladies and the 2 guys are trucking along. But we miss you of course.
SF - our time zones seem to cross so I am not sure what is on the horizon for you this week. But big hellos!!
Right – have a great Wednesday – keep warm – well not me cos its summer here (and not Patrice as she lives in a tropical hothouse) and catch you later!
