Decs half done, but tree is up need to put tinsel,lights and baubles on,floor edging being finished tonight and doors re-hung.Looks so much nicer.
Day 21 here today - feeling pretty strong, I am also feeling better for exercising - I ran both days at the weekend and I think that really is helping my mood.i have 3 runs planned this week and I may do a spin class day before just to stretch out any knots.Loving that I am back into exercise.
My mood diary is pretty hard work, hour by hour in detail what I am doing,mood and any worries that pop into my head and if they're real/hypothetical - plus what I am eating. Counsellor has changed time to mid pm - not over lunch time so am hoping manager lets me do this in work time, with me taking that as a late lunch.
