Good Morning Gloamers!

Sunny day here. 10 am I am going to the cardiologist with hubs. After that remaining on the list for him = optometrist, thyroid ultra sound (turns out he has a nodule too), endocrinologist, stress test, colonoscopy, dermatologist and dental surgery. My list is mammogram, endocrinologist, anual physical, dermatologist and ENT. It seems so never ending.

Saturday is the the big day when we pile into the car and head to Bethany beach Delaware. Since we are 12 in headcount with ages ranging from 2 - 80 we are going to make an agenda that includes some things we need to book ahead of time in order to do- like a few hours fishing with a guide. I'm excited to see Delaware and hoping to find some shells of course. In WILD news, ever since MIL moved into her new place, her need for oxygen has dropped drastically. She sleeps through the night without it, and gets through a lot of the day also without it. That makes me think that something in her old home was at play in the mix of possible causes. Environmental toxins can have such a negative impact on health. She is thrilled to be feeling better, and we are thrilled for her.

We are coming to the final episodes of 6 feet under and Orange Is The New Black season 3. have started Black Orphan and plan to check out Blue Bloods next. Byrdie recommend it. Wishing everyone a bewdie!

Thanks, Jane. I'm grateful for another birthday but think I'd rather celebrate being 29 (months AF) :smile:.

Pepper, Hope you're having a very upbeat, positive day. If the sugar cravings keep bugging you, you might try the L-glutamine capsules. They work for sugar similarly to AL.

It's so nice we all don't drink - no matter how we're feeling at a particular time.

SL maybe you have found mind peace with your al. I know when i accepted i could never drink and i didnt want to then it made the journey so much easier.

Ava - this has crossed my mind a few times, and I sincerely wish this maybe it - I am almost to scared to believe that I have reached there, but something feels very calm about my place in this world right now and I would be so very grateful if it had come to that point!

NS - Happy BD and a really happy 29th!

Pav - not me who is on the no sugar road - likewise I have increased my intake - well it is summer right, and that equates to daily icecream! Hope you found your sunshine :hug:

Happy 29 months NS. The big 1000 day marker coming up in the future. I'm excited that I get to hit that milestone at some point this year.

Narilly I know forca fact that I was an annoying drunk. I was told all about it upon numerous occasions. But now I have a great time with no worries. So worth it.
