Hi there IAD!
Good to see you SL - time to get back into the sober routine. You can do it. There are a few others on this thread here who had some AL over Xmas and want to re-commit to being AF.

Damn - I wish I had kept my 1986 calendar.

Our big headache today is where to store the reusable Xmas tree ull - it doesn't fold down properly and takes up heaps of room. We always used real trees before but stopped this year because of hay-fever. And yes, it made a huge difference for that.

AF New Year's Day 2014

Had a rather boring NYE. The boys decided to play video games and I read. Then we stood outside at midnight for the fireworks.

Went to packed yoga class today....the teacher did such a great job of incorporating yoga theory into the new year. I made some new friends....and really enjoyed myself. Nothing like being shoulder to shoulder with someone at 105 degrees....to help you really get to know each other

Bed early tonight....the real world begins again tomorrow:upset: Tomorrow will be my first try at becoming a morning person. The idea is to do yoga, meditate and actually eat breakfast before I leave for work....and get to work on time

I am going to work tomorrow. It will be good to get back into a routine. Gotta lose the 5lbs I gained over the holiday!
