Aw, so sorry about the calf - thats sad.....

Quick fly by, long work day, but did not even think about stopping for a bottle - love getting home, sitting down, getting stuff done and realising that I have not even thought about it!

Good to see everyone, I am feeling strong enough to be posting here - one of my rewards, to join back to those who take their sobriety seriously...

I did get a present from some of my staff that I may need help with - it is a 6 month subscription to wine of the month club, I managed to regift my first two bottles, just another 10 to go! Not sure when Januarys should arrive...I don't have that many people that I can just give wine to...

      Ahoy ABeroooooos!

a sober check-in from yet another hotel room. had some questionable sushi so we'll see how the night goes...

YAH, be super careful with the tendons. did you tell your doc of the pain and swelling? I was at a training class a couple years ago and a guy snapped a tendon doing some movement drills (everyone could hear it snap, yuck!). he said he'd been on a long duration heavy antibiotic regimen and his doctor confirmed that indeed badly weakened the tendon and was the cause.

Sam, sorry for the sad news.

Scottish Lass, what an odd predicament! maybe give them to clients or something.

lots more driving tomorrow and I hope to be better rested than I was today. A damned car alarm right outside my room went off every 2 hours all night long. aaaaaarh!

shouts to Lav, Pauly, PPQ, GG, Sunflower and anyone I'm sleepily missing

      be well

Hi Det - sadly my clients are not in a position to drink, I work with organ donors
Hopefully the sushi does not cause any problems....
