Sol: It's so hard to refrain from catastrophic thinking & wanting to "check up" on him. I had that w/my son. I tried to remember that:'
-he has an HP & it isn't me.
-he's doing what he's supposed to be doing to progress along HIS path.

I find going to the occasional Alanon meeting helpful. People there are dealing w/active addiction & really understand. Some have detached w/love.

Take care of yourself & your program. He'll be fine. Mary
