Try to gets lots of liquids in so you don't dehydrate
Weather is 20 some degrees colder than yesterday but dry. Looks like Tuesday's storm may be hitting hard in the New England area.

Evening all

kinda winding down and soon to bed.
Lav, I was in DuPont Circle in DC today. Didn't sell eggs there, doing my son's mushroom business. He goes to Silver Springs as well and sells our eggs there. The CSA has someone already doing eggs, but we'll sell them at the local farmers' market starting in April.

Fun but makes for an early morning.

I haven't read back much, just skimming.

TT- I tend to agree with you on the paws thing. Sometimes we forget that it is completely normal to have restless sleep, funks, bad days....actually if I walked around happy all the time....that would not be normal. The brain needs to heal....but, there comes a time to stop blaming everything on my past.


Yesterday I ordered an AF beer at lunch. Half way through it I got severe heartburn (thought I was having a heart attack) and then broke out in hives all over my body. Needless to say AF beer or real beer is not in my future

So happy for you to be right on the PAWS thing, I was so upset when I first read about it - I do not want another reason to feel bad. I agree, that life continues and good days come with bad days - just last night was really strange...
Sam - mushrooms - I loved the mushroom guy at our farmers market - I love mushrooms of any kind - oh, my mouth is water is watering.....and fresh eggs, you are a lucky man!

I'm so bad, I ended up getting two.... the Arabic jambiya and an exquisite katar from India.

SF, what a bad reaction to AF beer! Prolly a good advice to steer clear of that for sure. In the past I'd have an AF beer at a restaurant but honestly the thought hasn't even crossed my mind in the past month. Interesting.
