    thanks for the support

Hi All -- thanks to your suggestions yesterday, it wasn't nearly as bad as my early morning panic perceived it to be. Isn't that always the case?. Even though I knew what I was feeling wasn't permanent sometimes one just has to acknowledge the feeling and i appreciate being able to come here and write it. It stayed with me for the day; my own thought of what I didn't want and the caring suggestions expressed.

Reading the first replies I went to my garden and pulled a few weeds, then headed off to the grocery store and and had the added surprise of both my full grown sons wanting to come with me--I think that was someone watching over me. By the time we got back I was laughing so hard I had forgotten to be worried or want a drink. Made a nice healthy dinner and watched a movie.

Thank you again Big smiles, I racked up another AF day and feel better for it.
I know, it's the process, got to remember that next time.

    Hi Padme,

Many congratulations! You did a fabulous job and another step forward! Each achievement makes us that bit stronger - as you said "got to remember that next time" - you can do that with good and bad experiences - I store both to use as ammunition - the good ones to bolster my confidence and remind me why I want to keep AF, and the bad ones to further arm myself against them happening again!

Anyway, you're sounding great, so well done on another AF day and looking forward to sharing many more with you! Enjoy the rest of your weekend
