I'm sleeping loads better too.So much of my diary/socialising is tied up with people pleasing,not wanting to be forgotten,I need time for me to recharge and do nowt.
Booked spa day for few weeks time on a Saturday,I can't wait.
Was reading some blog posts about surrender and acceptance - lesson there for me as major part of my stress is ' its not fair,maybe i can drink' and with work ' this is unfair,my staff are behaving badly'.And you know what - yes it is - but it is what it is and fighting/stressing/wanting it to go away won't change it and will just waste my energy that I need to handle it.
