We talked about not setting a goal yet and just focusing on 7lbs as it's less intimidating,rather than 4 stone,which causes me to quit. Rather like thinking about quitting booze forever,thinking about christmas,holidays,birthdays,weddings etc now - eat healthy now and don't drink booze now.
Off sick myself tomorrow for gynae appt, then training for 2 days.Quite a nice short week - next Friday I have a spa day too
