Had to do some travel to Florida with only wi-fi access to the web. I'm not good with computers so I never could get connected anywhere. It's amazing I ever found this site to begin with... maybe someday I'll even get me an Avatar!
I'm staying with 125mg topa per day (doesn't seem to be a reason to go higher) and all the supps exactly as recommended (I actually bought that 7 day pill holder box at CVS and make it up for the week, every week) and it is working, so far, because today is day 59AF.
I was actually dreading going to Florida for weeks. I had never spent a sober night at the place I was going to stay and I knew I would probably not have access to this site which has been a life line for me just to log on and read how other souls are making their way out of the fog.
In any event, I'm so happy to be home with day 59AF. Thanks.
