60 Days AF today. I'm thinking about going off the topa to see what happens, I've been taking 125mgs daily.

Has anyone else that used topa discontinued it and with what results, if any?

I used topa for approx 3 months, I followed mwo instructions and titrated down,I still
take kuzdo, I occasionally get cravings but not too bad, as I am now more commited
to abstaining ,I really haven't had many problems, and feel so much better now.

Thanks Paula. I'm now also committed and deternined. The only thing that worries me about stopping the topa is that before I started this program with the topa I would drink two to three bottles of red wine per night and while showering in the morning attempting to shake the fog off I would swear it was the last time. Only to do it again. And again. . .

I am not a topa taker (yet) but am curious why you would not stay on it if it is working for you? I thought a lot of people took it long term? Just curious....

Lushy, I woulld not discourage you from it. I most certainly would not have 60 days without it and my "side effects" if you can even call them that have been so mild and incosequential they are hardly worth mentioning.

I'm thinking about stopping only because my job involves speaking in public in front of sometimes large numbers of people. I've been able to avoid this for the last two months and probably for about another month but then its back to it big time. I''ve only had one maybe two what people refer to as topa-dopa moments but I do worry about it happening at an inappropriate time down the road and I'm just wondering if 60 days is enough time to make a go of it with the kudzu and supps. Although, as I'm writng this I'm thinking to myself 60 days is no where near enough time. Best of luck to you.

Lushy I followed the mwo programme, which does not suggest you take it indefinitely
Also it is a drug, which if I were to take long term would worry me. I don't have a problem
with kuzdo and vit supplements. Barry to me it was a temp kickstart.
