Could You Survive One Month Without Alcohol? Here's How I Made It

Saw this challenge in the news the other day and thought it was an interesting support for what we have done/ are doing here...good to know these things are all over. Although, for many of us we would question if 30, why not more?

Could You Survive One Month Without Alcohol? Here's How I Made It

After finding it difficult recently to enjoy myself or relax without a drink, concerned that I might be leaning towards alcohol dependency at age 50, I challenged myself, 32 years after my first legal beer, to quit drinking alcohol for 30 consecutive days.

This was a great and inspiring article, See the Light. Most people I know drink way more than the normal limits call for and don't even realize it. When I hear about someone being tired, or having headaches I want to say, "just don't drink and see how you feel," but then sometimes i think they know the culprit and don't ever want to admit it.
Sometimes what you're most afraid of doing is the very thing that will set you free.
