    MAE ALL....

Well, finally home, it's wicked out there. Got just under 8 inches of snow. Narilly, I hope you're safe.

Pauly....sorry to hear you're struggling right now. Perhaps you should look at the supp's you're taking and eliminate any that say anxiety might be a side effect. Just a thought and know that it will pass.

    Pie...good job on the reno's.

Mick...yup, breaking into the routine slowly, which is good as son had a bit of an upset last night so didn't get much sleep. The boss has informed me that there is support for me through work so will be checking out how to keep me healthy while dealing with him.

Lav...it was my party and I could cry if I wanted. Ha Ha Hope you didn't get as much snow as we got.

Sam...thanks, am keeping warm. You too as it sounds like winter is hitting you now.

SL...my how time flies eh? LOL Glad the girls are better.

TT...the one thing I was glad to return to was reading. Hard to read when you can't keep the lines in focus. LOL

    Greetings to anyone I missed...Det, check in....have a peaceful evening all....:smile:PPQP

PPQP,I know it's one of the supps I just started, but I'm wondering what? Switched brands of epo on Sunday, took an airborne vitamin yesterday cuz I ran out of my old ones it has all kinds of herbs,it's frustrating, could be lack 'o sleep also
I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me"
Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

Pauly - a while ago someone mentioned the moon phases when I was having a blue time, and in looking back found that my previous bad time was also the full moon. I paid special awareness this month and was alert to the full moon. I have had a couple of things that would have led me to believe I was not happy, and have been taking steps to address - could your sadnesses be moon driven?

Bad day at work today - had to let someone go, which usually stinks, and this time really did.....have a splitting headache because of this - would have been one of those drinking moments, and yes, I did feel as if I "deserved" one tonight - but know that won't change anything - so eating chocolate instead!

I'm not sad SL,but I guess anxiety/depression go hand in hand

Pauly, long standing anxiety will lead to depression - at least it did for me. And that is exactly when I decided 'screw everything & everyone' & fell into the wine bottle. It was a real cause & effect thing for me. Please do not drink, do anything else you want to do ~ especially chocolate

I was the one talking about moon phases SL & last night there was a full moon! Didn't see it around here because snow was on the way but I had a few days of feeling anxious as well. There's nothing else going on with me, no changes in meds or supplements so I think the moon was the culprit.
Pauly, I also experienced crippling anxiety when my hormone levels started to drop off. I was only 42 at the time but I was a disaster. You may want to have those levels checked. Have you ever tried Calms Forte? A lot of folks swear by it & I have never heard of any problems with it either.

PQ, we only got about 2" of snow, not a big deal. The problem was with some super duper slippery country roads here not salted or anything. I had a fun trip to the dentist this afternoon.

            Hello & good night everyone!

So basically you got your CURVES in today as well. lol

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the chatter about depression right now. You don't know how much it is helping me. :heartbeat:

Off to bed, tomorrows another day, be well.......:smile:PPQP

                hidy ho ABerooooos!

very tired after a busy couple of 'real' work days here but keeping the chin up and not catastrophising which is good.

TTops, thanks for the great kickstart

Pauly, hang in there hon. checking hormones is a good idea, and chocolate is a super idea! actually I always feel TONS better after a good hard workout (even when I don't feel like doing it) then a good meal of veggies and protein, and a long hot shower.

had some pretty scary/strong AL cravings over the last few weeks but I managed to stare them down and they eased off. And of course they only come on occasion thankfully so that's good. drinking dreams still piss me off, but at least I get to wake up and say 'whew! just a dream'.

had our first guest at the new rental last night which was interesting as this place is so tiny, but it's doable. and temp's are above freezing in the daytime this week so yay!

wishing you all a fantastical sober and happy Wed.
