Narilly, kudos on the new AF record!
I do better on higher fat/lesser carb myself. please don't cut out the veggies though and make sure
you get 'good' fats like the coconut Pauly uses (I use tons of it). I only cook with coconut oil or real butter. I use
olive oil as a condiment so it's not damaged by heat.

Treetops, have you been following 'the blacklist'? one of the few shows I'm following ATM.
