NS, I have to agree - trying out something brand new is a great way to break out of the flat moods. New recipes, new hobbies, new volunteer job......something new & different!!! Glad you didn't hurt yourself on the ice today - geez!
Pauly, yes you can take Amoryn safely in the morning, in the afternoon before dinner & the Alteril an hour before bedtime. It has been working great for me. The Amoryn maker makes a bedtime product called Mellodyn. It didn't work all that great for me so I went looking for something else
