    April 2 AF Daily

Mick...it is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of Sam. Get some rest, you must be exhausted. Stay close to us today as we're all here for you.

Pie...what a lovely poem you posted on yesterdays thread. I'm sure we're all feeling his pain.

I have to be out early but wanted to start the thread before I left. Will check in throughout the day.......:smile:PPQP

    Good morning Abbers,

Thanks for the start up PQ, was just about to do the same.

Mick, I am very sorry about Sam, you did your best for him
Sometimes providing all the love & support we can muster up is all we can do. He is not suffering now so please take some comfort in knowing that. Please check in & let us know how you are doing.

I have another busy day ahead so I'll just get going. Wishing everyone a peaceful AF Thursday!

Wow...everyone must have been as busy as I was today. Just starting to snow, still very windy.

Mick...sent you a pm hope you're sound asleep at the moment.
Lav...hope your busy day was a good one.
Pauly...did the sneezing and runny nose stop or was it one of those days. Hope the allergy season is over soon for you.
Sam...hope you had a productive day.
Pi..you know when I looked at your pic I thought wow isn't that grass green, should have known! I couldn't find the pic of the DIY fence project that I wanted but these ones are the same concept.

Sorry they're so big but thought there's lots of room on the thread. LOL Truth is too tired to fight with photobucket to shrink them.

Homemade hamburgers on the menu tonight. Hope you all have a peaceful evening.....PPQP

Wow, PQ! So many great ideas to consider there. Thank you so much for taking the time to find and post the pics. The purple one looks to be aluminum gutter pieces. I actually had one hung on the wall in my teenage bedroom. Rather than plants, it held my record albums. Remember those old vinyl platters that made music?

Thanks again for the pics, and the nostalgia.

I do agree Pauly  Sorry the allergies still suck. There's got to be a joke in there.

Give the lady a cigar....was going to describe them but obviously I didn't have too. Vinyl's have actually made a comeback here. There's a big demand for them and the store owner is one of the few who actually knows how to make them. Go figure. I keep thinking about all kinds of things you could put in them besides or along with plants.

Vertical gardening is all the rage PQ - especially when kneeling gets to be a problem for some of us
                      Very cool pics!

Hope we see you here again tomorrow Mick

I am exhausted after another day on stinky little boy watch, ha ha!

I hope Mick pops in tomorrow too but as long as he's coping we can wait. I truly believe that if he's in trouble he'll ask for help.

I was actually hesitant about posting the pics. Thread was feeling like an online condolence one and didn't want to be disrespectful.
Then I thought wait a minute this is the daily thread and daily shit happens.
And maybe it would help to read the thread and feel like you're with friends without having to say anything. So I posted away.

In my prayers again tonight Mick and I hope everyone can have a peaceful evening. Off to bed soon early night needed......:smile:PPOP
