pauly..it probably tokk you about 20 seconds to type ..wanna drink...before you do ..take a long deep breath....get a sheet of paper,draw a line down the middle..at the top of 1 side put a plus sign..the other a minus....go on write down the full hit...as mad as you want...which side wins?..besides that...any of us here will talk to you now either privately or openly..it just aint worth it pauly.....prove to yourself that you have the strength to take it on.....:hug:

Of course it's never worth it,there are no pros to drinking except a brief reprieve from my stupid life,which isn't all that stupid but ATM it is!! Don't waste anymore time on this asshole,you guys are the best, save your time for someone who deserves it

Pauly, you are NOT a waste of time! You are not an *sshole!:hug:lease: The problem with drinking is the DEPRESSIVE nature of it. I used to think that I was relaxing when I drank my wine after work. Well, for many years, I did. Then, as the drinking progressed, so did my dark thoughts....but AT THE TIME, when my wine went to scotch, I thought I was being productive by being "thoughtful" with that buzzed feeling scotch gave me. I wasn't thoughtful at all...I RUMINATED over past stuff I couldn't control, worried about future events that NEVER happened, and found myself suffering for 3 days after my drinking because of the SHAME. You punish yourself by feeling worthless WITHOUT drinking. Don't punish yourself twice.

firstly you aint an asshole...secondly..you are talking about changing your life on the daily post....now how is this gonna help?thirdly...wasting my time?I think not..the other day if you recall.you actually said something like .."Mick I respect you and think of you as a friend etc"...well take it from a friend..it aint worth jack..having a drink...sit down and make a plan..if you need to get it out our system ..get a pillow and beat the crap out of it ....see how many press ups sit ups run on the spot for 10 mins ...scream shout ,write it down....also ...drink a goodly lot of water ....you can do this
