Dunno if you've looked into Mindfulness and/or meditation Pauly. The angle there is with our thoughts/desires and how we can just observe them and soon enough they will move on. We don't have to act on these thoughts/desires everytime because we are scared they will never go away. They do move on if we let them, and don't attach. Nothing is permanent. Easy to say I know, but this is a useful, simple and powerful technique. After all, for me it's a total head game.

Making the meditation/breathing/mindfulness a consistent part of your life through daily practice will give you an added tool that it will seem natural to turn to in a crisis, Pauly. It might even help prevent a crisis. It seems like it might be worth a try.

Made it thru another busy day on kid watch. I could swear my 4 yr old grandson has PMS - he was such a crab (for no obvious reason), ha ha!!
Thanks for the good wishes today, I appreciate them.

Pauly, I learned that it takes close to a month to get rid of an old undesired habit & replace it with a new healthy habit. Thry the meditation/mindfulness every day for one month tnen see how you feel.

          Wishing everyone a peaceful night!

Mick, thanks for the kickstart you super handyman you

Pauly, I can totally relate to the out of body feeling and have posted similar observations over the years. kind of creepy. I really like the mindful meditation practice and do try to live in that manner. I've also stopped counting days as I'm really making an effort to simplify the whole process and not let my hyperactive brain get neurotic about details. so far so good
