Anxiety is creeping up a bit and started beating myself up about state of house,tasks left undone,going to do them bit by bit,hour at a time in the week - to free up weekend time. Done lots of laundry and that's good enough.
I haven't booked in the extra breathing exercises/yoga/evening baths I talked about - not beating self up about this either.Self care not another to do list.
Think working out difference between self care and 'have tos' and it's ok to have a weekend of laziness - especially when work is crazy.
