hey everyone and Lav,blooming knackered,so gave yoga a miss and had big nap,sheesy mushrooms and toast and then bath and early night for me.
Work is mad busy,but I'm coping,combo of soberness,exercise,nutribullets,hypno and tablets,deep breathing.Handling all the BS that gets thrown at me and not taking it personally Dinner with old work mates and yummy food last night.
Sorry to be brief again,Sam good luck on new job,life too short to stay stuck in a job we don't like.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

The hot air balloon stunt was pretty cool unfortunately he got arrested and charged with mischief?and intent of bodily harm or some sort of nonsense, no different than skydiving IMO,I got a kitten, pretty sure its a girl I'm naming her Melanie so far hope everyone has had a good day,PJ and reruns time,much love to all see where we post tomorrow

The day went OK - finally got the boys out of here at 9:45 tonight.
Daughter & granddaughter postponed their visit until tomorrow SO I'll end up having another busy day.
