Pauly, I don't think the supplements are likely the problem. Maybe the problem could be more in the line of fluctuating blood sugar levels. Fast food for breakfast & you mentioned a donut too......not great. You need a good supply of good quality proteins & healthy fats. You won't get that in fast food & donuts.
