I was talking to someone last week who is 63 and she also said she is thinking alot about the short time she has left and what she wants to do with it, where she wants to live, possibly downsizing. I guess I have been thinking about it too, with wanting to stay put, not move, put down roots, and that takes time! Let's make this later years meaningful and filled with peace. AF this is all possible.

I did make a juice with my juicer this morning, my husband caught another cold, he works so much and is around a lot of people all the time. I hope it helps him, after I drank it, I felt good, placebo effect? HaHa
