    morning all
thanks for the kick start, Mick. Good set of laughs! Yep, been playing lots! only thing lacking is sleep and laundry, just did a load this morning!

Saw there was an article in the Washington Post on our area about the election and the trumpet. Kinda sad seeing the intolerance and fear that folks feel. Reminded me of the Kennedy quote "the only thing to fear is fear itself". Well there seems to be a lot of that going around. Nothing wrong with being cautious but being reactionary is a bit over the top for me. So much for the political tirade.

SUN IS OUT!!! (hence the laundry) have a good one all poppin by

I agree with Pauly, quotes are great! Sam, what does the sun have to do with laundry? (I sense a punch line in store ) Enjoy your gawjus weather, Mick.

Dad's house is under contract so I've got some details to attend to today. Nothing too taxing.

              Good evening Abbers,

9 pm & I'm just getting around to say hello
Busy day & it was a sunny one too, yay!!!!!!

Mick, I'll probably be well on my way to 80 by the time my grandson figures out the age of that penny in relation to my age, ha ha!!
Glad you had a nice day too.
I worked thru some paperwork this morning then went to meet my friends for lunch, which was nice.
Then I started attacking some of the weeds around here - geez.

Sam, glad you got to see the sun too. The rain returns Friday in this area, oh well.

Pie, congrats on the house sale, yay! I guess that it's contingent on the buyer obtaining a mortgage? Or were you lucky enough to find a cash buyer?? That would be super awesome

Pauly, I stopped hanging anything outside to dry many years ago because of allergies. I used to like the crisp line dryed sheets but can't have them anymore, oh well. Good luck keeping the smokes away, I know it's rough but worth it in the end.

              Wishing everyone a peaceful night!
