There is a huge digging machine in my backyard making a large hole for the greenhouse, ha ha!!
The humidity is 95%, it's really seriously yucky outside so I'll just observe from inside the AC, LOL

Edit: PQ, I just went back & read your late post from last night. I am really sorry you have to put up with all that sh*t from your ex. Is there anyway you call block certain incoming numbers like we do here? I would certainly block him & prevent him from annoying you so much. Think of you with lots of love & support :hug:

SF, I hope you can switch departments very soon. I would certainly be happier cooking than handling wine bottles all day too!

Mae everybody, Mick,I hope everything's ok,SF,I never drank wine either,well once when I needed a hair of the dog and Michelle had some sort of wine in the fridge it was strictly beer for me,I think when you see all these people buying it the fantasy world starts kicking in and we think of how lovely the couple gets to sit on the deck having a glass of wine watching the sunset,eff them!y reality would be a sip then driving straight to the gas station for a 12 pack+a couple tall boys and not being sick for a day but being sick until I have the balls to go through withdrawal again,that shits hard and painful and I can't believe I put myself through it so many times!!yes see if you can change to a better department, much love to all,PPQP,you're in my thoughts today have a peaceful day peeps

hooray...managed to get on !!wow what a day..pauly Julie is ok now...but she is still going to the docs...bit of a problem at the mo with her mum and dad...both got Alzheimers/dementia,so things are a bit "all over the shop at the moment"her dad cant drive any more.he has accepted that...and her mum is in denial that there is a problem...but the circumstances speak for themselves which are pretty sad..anyway my pics have caught up from holiday on goggle and also the mini camper van Ive got now!!will speak to you all later

Pauly, ditto that on detox... it takes an eternity to feel normal again and is the most dreadful terrifying thing I've ever experienced. Never again! for any of us.

Wine? yes I was a wine-snob and had the special refrigerator to keep it the right temp. I thought I was so classy and refined for drinking wine but there's truly nothing classy about puking wine of any price and destroying myself.

Well, my first attempt at astrophotography of 'star trails'. this took 85 shots at 30 seconds each which were then merged with special software. It's not perfect but I'm getting there:

Thanks for the support. Putting him out of my mind, not playing his games anymore. It did have a calming effect once I decided F him and his money. He called twice this morning at work, didn't answer. Apparently he had to appear in court this morning, hopefully he's in jail.

Mick...glad to see you and glad Julie is ok. Sorry to hear about the alzheimer/dementia issues with her parents. Seems we're all at that age where we're going to have to be the ones supporting our parents through their issues. So the holiday and camper pics have caught up on google, hope that means they'll be making an appearance here soon.

Homemade spaghetti sauce heating on the stove. Love it when I'm organized and freeze for future meals. Hope we all have a peaceful evening.....:smile:PPQP

PQ,I had to laugh when you said hopefully he's in jail haha,homemade spaghetti sauce makes my mouth water!! I've been opening a huge jar of prego or ragu and adding peppers and onions,letting it cook all day in the crockpot,OMG spaghetti night is a treat now instead of a "we're broke" punishment meal haha!

I dealt with my parents issues while I was raising my kids - crazy times Getting my Dad to accept that his driving time was over was extremely difficult.

Lav--the greenhouse will be fabulous. So you have YB hard at work?

Pauly--you know the fantasy is just like watching a damn commercial. Like a couple can't sit on the deck and watch a sunset without a glass of wine.....or how that Lexus will make you feel. Definitely people's level of excitement about the new wine laws hasn't helped. Can't wait until people stop talking about it. Have you seen the posts on FB making fun of the Pokemon sensation using women chasing glasses of wine?

Mick--hope Julie gets checked out soon. Sorry to hear about her parents. My hubby's Dad had Alzhemiers and since we were so far away we were shielded from the most difficult parts.

Det--so I can always count on you to let me know which wine pars with what. One guy I run into makes sure everyone knows he used to drink $150 bottles of bourbon every night.....so not impressed. What do you have in the wine fridge now? Fancy bottled waters?
