Day 4.

Survived a trip to the pub last night without drinking. Yey

Have to go out to dinner tonight with work colleagues, but after last night feel more confident about saying no to the wine.

I have to. What happened to me last week is never going to happen to me again!!!!

A long way to go but I believe in myself..

Det, do you have an elephant garlic crusher to match, or do you just eat it whole? lol And does this mean that you're the chef in the family? Mr Scoobs is the chef in our house and has a bit of a penchant for garlic... and chilli!

that's right Scoobs I'm the gourmet person in the house...Dx loves it. I post here and there in the recipe section. I'm defninately a true believe in FLAVOR. no whimpy insipid meals here. Garlic, Chilis, Spices galore. I even throw burning branches of applwood in the oven to make things smokey
