morn all how are things today then?last weekend before chroimbo?everyone got there pressies sorted out?hope so time is gettin on...not much time left for shopliftin..ONLY KIDDIN!!!!!!..well you couldnt write this ..re booked the holiday to go on Saturday next week after the funeral..and guess what the headline in the papers are...baggage handlers and are line crews are proposing to go on strike xmas eve..
anyways lets have a brew..
got to choose the flowers for Tony today,so Manchester it is....not out detecting tomorrow.....cba d....

Hiya Mickaloo and all. I am glad you are getting a break. We took a holiday after my mum died and it did help once everything was finished such as the funeral and sorting her things. You will be exhausted and a holiday will help to heal you.

Mae everybody, Mick I only have Winslow but I have my grandpuppy Dottie when I watch Louie, actually she spent the night last night cuz Kell was too lazy to come back and pick her up haha,after Christmas I'm getting a fish though, I think an Angel fish but I hafta get the tank set up first then browse,what if they go on strike?!? That'll be terrible, maybe you two aren't supposed to go on that trip,seems like everything in the universe is trying to keep you home,Det,hope you're feeling better today, I hate being sick! Pauly...the angel fish sounds like a good plan. At least you won't end up with chewed cords.

Temps are rising and the chinook is supposed to hit around midnight. It'll be nice not having to spend 1/2 hour layering before going out.

I woke up in Ice City this morning - geez!!!!
Everything was covered in a thick layer of ice but at least we didn't lose power this time, a big plus!

Mick, baggage handlers & other airport workers like to threaten strikes during these busy travel times. They usually get the attention they want & a raise too, ha ha. I hope your trip goes as planned.
No one here to visit today, the roads are bad. I hope to see my kids & their kids next weekend although it won't be all on one day. My son & daughter are at odds now over the shitstorm my DIL caused back in September. This is very sad, completely unnecessary & a continuous source of stress for me. Let's hope the new year brings some relief.
