mornin all ..how are things today?all good ..we had a great meal in Manchester last night ,on the curry mile..it was just like walking in India!it is really weird..but got to get everyone out..pretty busy this morning ..got to get dual flushes and new cistern handles..before I fit the tank back on the wall..so will jump in later x

PQ, the more vegan I get the better I feel. Have you ever tried going without meat & dairy for a few days?
I have learned to 'veganize' most of my favorite recipes, ha ha! I have been making some really good vegan mozzarella cheese lately & tonight I used it to make these pizza buns:

I skipped the pepperoni, didn't have any. Even YB ate a few of these!
