Viewers have mocked the Marks and Spencer Christmas advert after claiming that the burglar featured in the clip swears at Paddington Bear.
The advert sees the famous children's character mistake a thief for Father Christmas before proceeding to help him return all the presents he has stolen from people’s homes to their rightful owners.
Towards the end of the clip, the burglar thanks Paddington for helping him see the error of his ways, telling him: “Oh thank you, little bear.”
However, some viewers thought that instead of ‘thank you’, the thief had said ‘f*** you’.
