Hi folks been up early writing. Didn't get enough sleep. I had a great day with my daughter. Baked her a hazelnut and chocolate cake.
How were the tigers Mick? Those kind of places can be disappointing when the animals want their privacy. Now why would they want that?

TT, did you bake your cake from scratch? Trying to recall the last time I baked a cake.

Det, I'm with PQ. Nothing resembling your pic ever results from my phone camera. Beautiful!

I have a slowish day for a change. Long list, but only one thing that's time sensitive.

Was in the grocery earlier, and noticed that I still avert my eyes while walking down the wine aisle. As if learning where particular things are on the shelves, might be an act of premeditation! How crazy is that? Crazy about sobriety, I guess.

Hiya all..wow what a day went out in the morn and in the afternoon. .saw lots of animals but no tigers until near the end. .she was fantastic a fully grown female less than 6ft away. Took no notice of us out of the undergrowth across the track..I got about 4mins of recording of her so I will try and put it up somewhere det you sound better. .good big hiya to you all..each and every one x

Hiya all how are we then?all good hopefully .currently in dolpur just outside Agra..going to Agra fort tomorrow and then the taj mahal in the evening saw a tiger yesterday. She was unbelievable walked less than 4ft away from us she is named arrowhead after the marking on her face..anyways how are we all doing today? Hope everyone doing OK. .that's the trouble with using a phone it's difficult checking back..take care and look after yourselves everyone

Of course I baked from scratch! No other way unless it's shop bought. But home baked is best and you wouldn't catch me using cake mix. Waste of money and horrible IMO. The main reason I don't bake us because I eat the wicked stuff! This time however the left over s were consumed by my daughter's flatmates. And they even bake their own bread and make their own bagels. I am pretty impressed! As well as saving the planet. Or in my daughter's case studying dead poets. She recited Robbie Burns poem about 'to a mouse' to me. Mick might know what I mean.

MAE ALL....Wow that was a busy day! I can not believe how much time the program coordinator wastes! If she can't get her articles in on time for the newsletter not my problem! Rant over.

Lav...don't put the rain jackets too far away. Our snow stopped here but it's coming back!

Sam...it was a bright sunny day here too and above freezing! Only had to deal with all the slush and muck! Unfortunately it won't last long.

Pauly...hope you had a fun AF Tuesday.

Mick...you take care too and I want to see some Taj Mahal pics when you get back.
