Morning all -
Mick, I hope that everything is getting sorted for you - good for you for staying steady and sound. Yes indeed, when are you not busy!
PPQ, that was the most sweet emoji EVER, the angel bringing a hug. You are so smart to "rise above the battlefield" at work -- creating your own serenity, nice.
Pauly, love the pics of your family - looks like all has gone well, congrats.
Lav, I raked for 2 hours yesterday morning, clearing out the gardens in anticipation of the lawn guys coming to vacuum up all the leaves (practically knee-high!) then just as they were headed to may place, the rain started in. Inches of rain, and now snowing, ah well! At least the snow covers the look of a brown-leaf lawn! I am looking at the Instapot Duo plus 60 -- is that the one to get? So many products like that on the market. Is... I'm confused!
Det, that is fascinating info on the Keto diet. What was that doc's website again? HB is looking at an Acid Watcher diet - removing acidic foods and healing the gut... interestingly, he has sinus and bronchial aspects that may be caused by eating the wrong things. He has a meeting with the doctor/author (Jonathan Aviv) this week... it will be interesting to see what happens - he has had a terrible diet for a long time, but fear may be the change agent finally. Good luck on the jog search.
SK, how's things? Getting hydrated there? How's Misty?
Sam, so interesting to hear about the hide on the banjo -- I believe it is the same on timpani drums used in orchestras - I watched a video once on stretching the head of a timpani drum, fascinating.
Wishing all a good, centered day. May we be well...
