    MAE ALL...

Pauly...ended up having tacos so that was good. And guess what now I get to figure it all out again. LOL Your coworker is playing a deadly game. Is she in denial about the cirrhosis or her drinking?

Lav...I have a hard enough time getting him to pay his share of the rent so I'm ok with putting up with his "stuff". Got the notification for my package and apparently it's still waiting for usps to pick up. LOL Good thing we've got lots of time. Thanks again for making them. My day started out good but by the afternoon I had zero energy so left work early. Doctor has order more blood work for B12 and folic acid but can't get into a lab until Oct 13th. I booked that appointment 2 weeks ago because I will need blood work for my annual RA checkup, glad I did. With all this covid testing the labs are run off their feet.

Mick...I hope your mouth is feeling better but I got an idea it isn't. Hang in there.

Shout out to Pi, Det, Sam and TG.

    Have a good night all....:smile:PPQP

      Re: 6th september

      oy ABeroooos!

jeepers it's good to be feeling better. 3 shoots today including drone footage which was actually fun.
yes, having work now is a true blessing for those that have it. That way when the angry mobs kick our doors
down there will be tons of great stuff for them to rob. hahahaha. ok, my sense of humor is still broken... check.

Doc was really positive. it was an initial consult, tour of the facility, got some samples of 3 different meds to try in a very
particular way, and I got a session on their 'vibroacoustic sound lounge' which is an amazing experience. You lay on a contour bed
loaded with huge speakers and they blast the energy through your whole body... it felt like I was floating, then sliding, very cool feeling
and I could breath better when I got done. interesting. anyway I'm going back on the 5th of Oct as the doc they want to pair me with will be
starting then (he's transferring in from another clinic). it's a really neat high tech facility and they do indeed seem to have a clue as to what
they are doing so I felt ok sharing my whole story.

making two kinds of chicken wings right now. I better check the oven... brb
      ok they are looking good.

      batch 1 is tobasco/lemon/oregano/garlic

      batch 2 is soy/mango syrup/white vinegar/garlic

so we'll see how that goes.

Refuge Recovery meeting last night was really good and we got a couple newbies which is always neat.

gym night so Darlene and I are heading out to sweat in a few which is always good.

anyone have big weekend plans? Mick I'm thinking some rest perhaps?

Pauly, that's frightening how badly addictions can highjack people. ugh.

PPQ, I was just talking about tacos last night hope tests are ok

      Lav, any entertaining this weekend?

looks like I have a photo shoot Sat morn but then clear and I have no idea what to do once again. thankfully the heat has abated
somewhat so maybe a hike? it's been a while.

that's the scoop for now. be well loves!

Mae everybody, Mick I'm so sorry take the time you need. PQ, my coworker never wanted to quit drinking as it is, she Honduran and I don't know if she really knows what cirrhosis is in detail, her docs have told her what she needs to do but she's 68 and I think stuck in her ways, quick post and just want to wish everyone a great BF Saturday!
I have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:

I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me"
Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

              Good evening Abbers,

Enjoying a cool 68 degree breeze on the deck & no UFOs pestering me at the moment.
Walked down to say hello to the horses after dinner, the dog is exhausted, haha!

Mick, I am so sorry you lost your special friend. Please kmow we’ll be thinking of you with love

Pauly, perhaps that woman needs a pamphlet in her native language explaining exactly how the alcohol is killing her. Maybe she really doesn’t know the severity of her disease. I hope your day was good!

Det, great pic of the cat but I always wonder how people manage to get costumes in them. Our cat would rip your head off before allowing us to dress her up like that.
Glad your doc meeting went well & I truly hope you can work your way thru this depression & not leave yourself open to another painful crash.

PQ, I should have mentioned your package was picked up yesterday morning. First stop is Rutherford, NJ again.
You’re a nicer mom than I am haha. I would be putting my kid’s stuff out for a yard sale, LOL. We actually do have some stuff in a storage area of the basement that belongs to our kids but it’s out of the way & behind a door so I can’t see anything. I do encourage them to take something of theirs from time to time so they don’t have to deal with it when we are gone.

Hello to Sam, Pie & Cyn, hope you are all well.
              Have a nice night all!

                MAE ALL...

Det...sounds like your Doc visit was a good one for you. Interesting about the sound lounge. You're sounding pretty positive again, keep it up.

Mick... So sorry to hear about your mate passing. I could tell he was very important in your life. Have your tears and embrace your memories. I'm here if you want to babble.

Pauly... sounds like your coworker is going to do whatever she wants regardless of any advice. Hope you had a good day.

Waves to Lav, Sam, Pi and TG.

                Have a good night all...:smile:PPQP
