Good report from my Rheumatologist, she actually told me I didn't have to stay on the biologic for the rest of my life. WHAT! Yup, said if things were going good I could come off it. I think I'd be too worried about my iritis coming back. We shall see, I signed up for another year anyways.

Mick...well, that certainly wasn't the news I was expecting about Jeeves. He must be the original energizer bunny. I don't think you were selfish at all about wanting him to stay. You have always done the best for Jeeves and that's not going to change. Hope your sleep is more restful tonight.

TG...you do get around don't you. I'm glad you had a slower day yesterday and I hope it continued today.

Lav...well that figures, your rain stops and mine starts. Supposed to rain tonight and temps dropping to 59F. It will be sunny and warm over the weekend and then they've actually got the "s" word in the forecast for Tuesday. I did get a very nice fall this year though. Work wasn't too bad, just one glitch with the accountant, I know people have been busy and I understand nobody's perfect but I can't stand the lying. Boss made the comment that I'm doing better this week and I do realize that I had started becoming short with people on the phone. He said he's not blaming me, there seems to be a trigger and feels it's because there's a gap somewhere. My thought was ya, a program coordinator. Anyways we came up with a couple of ideas to deal with it, of course it means more work for me in the short term. LOL

Hiya all, how are you today?.I tried to get on earlier but for some mad reason I couldn't. Latest with Jeeves..nurse phoned this morning..they can't believe its the same rabbit. He has done brilliantly,he is eating and going to the toilet and is bright. We have agreed that if he is the same on Monday they will give him and Bonnie their annual boosters and take his bloods. Just to check it after he has been on meds. Then I will bring him home. We were supposed to be going away in the van last week, then it was next week but can't. Julie has managed to get tomorrow and Saturday at the site where the trains are..Burrs..I am keen to check the van outto make sure all is OK.
Well done ppqp on the not being on meds for keeps but I understand the apprehension of coming off them.how is work doing?Still a Madhouse?

Yep we had a perfect 73 degree sunny day today, much appreciated
Luna is hanging in there with her ‘bag full of kittens’ as the Vet said, lol. The stink bugs which have been missing all summer are suddenly back & trying like hell to get into the house, ugh. Iwish we could import some predator to get rid of these things. Even the chickens don’t like them & they eat everything haha!!

Mick, I am happy for you & Jeeves. When he gets home he will be a lot stronger, he’s a lucky rabbit.
There’s a cold front being pushed in from the west now that’s going to drop the temps again but supposedly not bring any ore rain. That’s OK with me.

I have a good friend with RA, she’s been on a high dose of Methotrexate for years but lately has been weaning off. She’s doing great, not reason you shouldn’t either.
Doing the work of several people is never easy, keep doing the best you can & hopefully the boss jumps in soon with some solution to help.
Sorry you’re hearing about snow so soon, maybe it will go somewhere else haha!!

It felt like Friday all day but alas I have to work tomorrow. It is our Thanksgiving this weekend but with money being tight and prices skyrocketing I think I'll wait and celebrate the US Thanksgiving instead.

Mick...great news about Jeeves. Good plan on leaving him for the weekend and then getting their annual boosters. It's great that Julie got a spot for tomorrow and Saturday, you'll get to check out the van and you'll have a better frame of mind. The madhouse is starting to settle down and all my deadlines should be met next week. Then I'll have a couple of days break before I start on the Winter programming. Oh joy. Have a great time.

Lav...forgot all about the stink bugs, don't miss them! Thanks for the background on remission, it's really appreciated. I just never thought it was possible. My doc put me on Methotrexate after an exceptional flare up of psoriasis one time. Only took it for about 2 weeks and I won't be going back to that again. We are electing a new Premiere tonight it looks like the boss's sister is going to win. I really hope not, she has some radical ideas and we'd wake up to a totally different province. Oh well, what will be will be.

Good morning and the big hello to everyone. Hope all is well full stop it is pouring down with rain and we are off in the van in a minute full stop the vet has been on the phone again this morning, Jeeves is doing absolutely brilliant he is eating celery kale hay pellets Romaine lettuce and savoy cabbage full stop his droppings are getting bigger though they are still not full size. He seems very bright and the vet cannot believe the difference in him. This is just a short message as as I am packing up the van just now, but just wanted to say thank you for all your messages, they were appreciated full stop hope everyone has a good weekend and take care stay safe

Mae all - I am still “in motion” mode, so please forgive my absence... started at a different friend’s house last night... will stay 1 night in. Motel on Sunday, as everyone’s kids seem to be showing up and taking my place... the nerve! 😉.

It was a fabulous day at work, completed all my deadlines and even got a start on the winter programing. Nice and quiet with the boss not being in. His sister did win the vote and is now Premiere of Alberta. So boss is off to the swearing in on Tuesday so another boss free day when I return to work.

Mick...sorry about the rain, maybe you can drive out of it. Good news about Jeeves, such a relief. Hope you guys have a wonderful time.

TG...it's just never ending for you. How dare all the kids show up! We're having a lovely fall here and they've even taken the possibility of snow out of the equation.

Lav...I'm expecting Luna news any day now. LOL I have no events in the hall, the boss is away, so it should be a quiet long weekend for me.

Another warm & sunny day here, yay!
Luna has apparently gone off somewhere to have her kittens maybe? I saw her at 7:30 this morning when I refilled the food & water bowls then she disappeared. Oh boy, I hope she’s OK.

That’s so weird your boss’s sister was just elected. Maybe he can help keep her from going wild, haha! I can see the holiday meals are going to be a lot more expensive this year, maybe that’s a hint for us to scale things back a bit. I really wouldn’t mind myself. I hear frosty air is moving this way, oh boy.

Hi all.how are we doing?.hopefully all good. Vet rang this morning Jeeves continues to improve daily. Thank goodness. First sleep in the van last night..it was lovely. The bed is 6ft 6 long and 6ft wide. Also the big surprise for me was the steam train The Flying Scotsman was on the line that passes by the site. One of my favourite locomotives. I was on the footplate of it as a 9year old,and today I relived that. I was on the footplate again. A nice break from a horrible week. Back home tomorrow .all the best to you all and have a nice weekend

Nice day here but tonight is going to get frosty ahead of a cold front. No precipitation expected so that’s good.
Well Luna was back on the deck at 7:30 this morning, still large & in charge, haha!! I have no idea where she was all that time. Kids……geez!! Lol
Nothing much going on, just trying to catch up with housework that’s pretty much been ignored lately. Trying to work up the energy to clean windows, my least favorite task.

Mick, so happy Jeeves is well & you got to jump back on. Your favorite train, pretty cool. The van sounds like the perfect home away from home
