The fence joke is clever! Also Spelling bee and Minnesota.
Thanks for explaining the tale of two Julie’s, Mick. Now we get it!
I had acupuncture done on my knees on Monday, and it was great!! There was a big blockage near my left inner elbow, related to the chronic pain problems in my right knee replacement knee. I go back next week for more work on that. Already walking better and more, and graduated from the walker to the quad cane!
Then today I had another appointment with my chiropractor / homeopathic / kinesiologist guy. He did some auricle acupressure on my right ear to help the replacement knee, and also pushed the femur back, back into position. Much better! Also adjusted the fibula some on the fractured knee, and last week he pulled on that leg so that it wasn’t shorter than the other one (probably related to the injury). So I’m getting some real help!
My cat is at the vet getting the vaccination that the boarding place requires, and also getting a urinalysis to make sure his infection cleared up. Of course he peed in his carry crate, so now I had to leave him there for awhile so his bladder can refill. He’s still a boy! Sort of.
TG, are you in the sandwich assembly line today at the homeless shelter?
I used to love taking my kids sledding and taking them to water parks, and participating in all of that with them. It’s weird to be old now, and not able to do those things. But like Mick, my original knee injury that set all the problems with it in motion was from when I was young! Then you pay for it later in life.
What’s for dinner tonight, PQ? I have leftover baked chicken, green beans, and brown rice.
