hey all,
rattles today.... I was going for the Guiness Book.

played at a wedding rehearsal dinner last night and along with getting paid we were feed a great meal, I like it when that happens, It is interesting to play in a room where the noise level gets higher as the evening goes along due to the alcohol intake. We play at a brewery this evening so it'll be the same kind of deal. I watch with a kind of wonderment and gratitude that it ain't me.

We got another 1 1/2” of rain today then the sun came out, surprise!!! I was just out checking in the 3 kittens who seem to be doing just fine. I am working on potential homes for them, I can’t keep them.

Sam, glad to hear you’re out playing tunes & just observing the people making fools of themselves haha. We don’t do that any more, right?!!

Mick, weekend trips go fast but sounds like you enjoyed yourselves
I enjoy the craft show circuit much more than just embroidering company logos on shirts & hats over & over again. It got boring after a while, this is much more fun plus I get to play with colors & stuff Lol

Wags, I pushed reading with my kids & one ended up with a degree in English & communications. She’s now doing PT, go figure. They both still do a lot of reading.
A woodsy break sounds like a great idea for a trip, enjoy.

Cyn, all this rain we’re getting seems to be coming up the coast from FL but I ‘ll see what I can do to make it turn west toward you. There’s 2 named hurricanes brewing up in the Atlantic I hear, uh oh.
Glad you’re getting some benefit from the low-histamine diet. Why do things get so darn difficult as we age anyway??

Slo, thank goodness for the haircuts!! Glad I got my cut last week since the humidity has returned here this week haha.
Good to hear you had some positive times with your Mom, I miss that so much.

PQ, there was one LOUD clap of thunder right over the house this morning that made me jump, Lol. Mostly we’ve had heavy showers on & off all day.
You know the people that bring their young kids to the craft shows can’t get away without buying a pillow. Once the kid sees what she wants it’s all over!!!! Haha. Lots of grandparents buying them too to put away for gift giving so everyone is happy. You deserve some time off next week, do it!!! LOL

hiya all how are we today ? just got home ,good run up...Bees nest is still there ...and I got stung 3 times ..theyve had their chance .went to start a new thread ,but it wouldnt let me..sounds crazy but everytime I clicked start new thread it came up with different adverts >>>and wouldnt let me in >..anyone else got the same issue ?
