I drank a bottle approx of wine on fri eve and smoked tonnes, then had 3 pints in day yesterday and 2 glasses of wine in evening - running 5k today!Was meant to be an AF day.
Well I am committing to 7 days AF now and also smoke free, I need that discipline then can rethink if I carry on AF or try to moderate.
worked out if I drink wine on an empty stomach that's a bad sign, also if I do that I smoke more often too - I also forgot my nicotine gum too on Friday.
back on track with it I think,need to focus - plus I have very little money now so no booze will really help me out!
