I had a kind of back and forth July, mods, not quite mods, mods, not quite mods...
Now that August is closing in I want to get recommited. I have finally seen a loss on the scale (minor) and have a long way to go. Cutting down on alcohol can only help me get there, in addition to the other benefits.
Started running again. I have not run in a year so I am taking it slow. I am going to try a mile again today. I was up to 4/5 milers when I was running a lot a couple of years back. I miss it but it is so hard getting started again...I will do this.
