My meal last night was lovely, I ate far too much though, I might not win the competition at slimming class next week unless I'm really really good for the rest of the week ..... Aaargh

Hi Betty! I'm here.
Just getting a slow start today,... now that I'm old! LOL

I ate wayyy too much @ dinner last night too! We out to dinner for my B-day after being @ my Family reunion picnic all afternoon...
I did pretty good though, just nibled a bit at the picnic & had 2 beers.

At dinner we had calamari appetizer(still have some in the fridge), steak & scampi,(still have some of that too)Yummy! Had 2 glasses of wine w/dinner, then a couple of beers later @ home. More than usual, but it was a special occasion, so I don't feel bad, just a bit slow...

My Mom had a big sheet cake made @ the picnic w/a girl & a dog on a kayak! Pretty cute! I'll try & put a photo in the gallery. It was a fun day. My Sis is here from Idaho too!
