    hello - was trying for abs but I am dieting, training for 10 k, have recently stopped smoking and it's just too much all at once.
    My limit will be 3 drinks per social occasion and nothing in the week - weekly target of 14 units.
    Hope I can do this, when I tried moderation before my intake just ramped up. I've been stressing about abs and it's making achieving all my other goals harder and I keep feeling that I'm failing. I am a social binge drinker(especially wine), have booze in the house but not even tempted to touch it.
