I have relaxed after horrendous pmt week last week, just started taking new contraceptive pill to help so fingers crossed.
Really am focusing on doing one thing at a time at the moment.
I am focusing on weight loss, moderating as part of that - I will stop smoking next Jan when hopefully I have lost a stone so I will have made some progress on my goals.
I need to stop sabotaging myself with too many huge goals, getting stressed and then feeling like a failure when I don't achieve the unachievable!
