    tuesday 25 - bye bye for now

    Yay pay day, had a good weekend. 2 glasses of wine friday and saturday night, 3 glasses sunday and 2 big ones yesterday and a beer.
    I have relaxed after horrendous pmt week last week, just started taking new contraceptive pill to help so fingers crossed.
    Really am focusing on doing one thing at a time at the moment.

    I am focusing on weight loss, moderating as part of that - I will stop smoking next Jan when hopefully I have lost a stone so I will have made some progress on my goals.
    I need to stop sabotaging myself with too many huge goals, getting stressed and then feeling like a failure when I don't achieve the unachievable!
    Hope all is good with you, I may not be around that much as my main focus now is weight loss but thanks for all your support and i wish you all well.

    Bear, I wish you the best and hope to see you around again. I think it's a great idea to limit how many big goals you are focusing on. Good luck to you!!

      Bear - ditto what Beaches said here. One at a time is the best way to actually tackle these larger goals. I wish you success!

      Beaches you sound great sweetie! Our weather has that crisp fall quality I love.

      Very busy day, almost twelve hours in front of the computer yesterday. I walked away all kinked up so I went for a walk by myself early evening and set such a pace I covered the ground in 35 minutes that we normally do in hour. Felt great!

          Bear, I agree to start with managable goals and then set new challenges for yourself.

          Beaches, Fall weather sounds absolutely wonderful. We have no seasons to speak of here.

          Amthyst, a fun, relaxing day sounds fabulous!

          This cleansing diet is kicking my butt! The pills and the shakes are gross but, I like the veggies. It has given me a headache for two days now. I must really have to expell alot of toxins or something... It is supposed to give you more energy but, instead I feel drained so, no exercise yesterday. Hopeful, my body will adjust today.
          Sometimes I wonder...."Why is that frisbee getting bigger?"...and then it hits me.

              I am still busy. This new job is taxing my time. I can check my e-mails in the morning and have 5 new ones by lunch-time! All needing action!

              I have put my foot down today and come out on time for once. May well regret it tomorrow though when I have even more to do!

              I know it must feel that I'm being an absentee but I do think of you all; especially when I desperately want to come on here and can't.

                  I am glad I read this thread. That is great bear -- focus on one goal at a time. That is just what I needed to hear today!!! Thank you universe!. I am going to set up a new goal in weight & fitmess for myself today and get caught up on personal things.. Yes that will make me feel better in all ways.
